UNISON is currently consulting on job profiles for craft workers.
The profiles have been developed by the NJC job evaluation technical working group using the NJC Green Book scheme.
These supplement those produced for public health, school support and social care staff.
It is longstanding conference policy that craft workers should be covered by the NJC negotiating body and we are asking branches to consult with members and submit comments by 10 April 2015.
