By-elections are to be be held for vacant seats on the local government; police and justice; and water, environment and transport service group executives.
The seats are:
- local government Wales reserved seat;
- local government West Midlands female seat;
- police and justice South West general seat
- water, environment and transport water industry female seat.
The nomination period for each by-election opens on Monday 23 March and closes at 5pm on 1 May 2015.
