Thousands rallied to celebrate and defend the NHS on 3 November NHS demo draws thousands
UNISON members were prominent among the 7,000 demonstrators from around the UK who made 3 November a day to remember. Rallying to the cry, 'I love the NHS', they marched on Trafalgar Square to celebrate and defend a world-class public service that takes care of us all.
