Local government pay campaign Prentis warns PM to "think twice" on pay
UNISON general secretary Dave Prentis is calling on the government to release the stranglehold on public sector pay so reform can flourish.
Speaking ahead of tomorrow's Comprehensive Spending Review, Mr Prentis urged the prime minister to "think twice" about keeping down public sector pay, and called on the chancellor to "stop putting pressure on public sector workers".
