If you are a registered steward or activist and aren't receiving eFocus, update your email details here or make sure that the RMS membership system has a record of your email address by contacting your Link to another page on this sitebranch or Link to another page on this siteregion.

That has to be an individual email. Shared ones - union.branch@isp.co.uk, for instance - won't work.

And to make sure that you don't have any problems with spam guards, add auto.email@unison.co.uk to your email address book. Click here for more details. If you have a registered email but still aren't receiving eFocus, you need to check with their branch or the membership section at the regional office, to make sure you are registered as an activist.
